Dr. J' Ramando Horton: Economic Development Consultant 


Dr. J'Ramando Horton has more than 17 years of experience in designing and conducting research, needs assessments, and program evaluation in Education development, Organizational Management & Administration.He lead an executive research team of more than 500 consulting professionals in health, education, business, international development, investment, justice programs, human services, and community development.

Dr. Horton has extensive experience providing corporate oversight to large contracts for private corporations), Prior to developing the Bentley Coaching Institute (BCI), and He has supported Special Education and Educational Advancement projects for Universities and Colleges in the Untied Kingdom, Untied States, Africa, and The Bahamas.. His skills include survey development, data collection, evaluation research, statistical analysis, training development and delivery, and technical assistance. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Psychology from Wolverhampton University, B.Sc. in Education from Victoria University, Extensive Studies leading to a Ph.D. In International Business Law and Economics from University of London.


Melida A. Harris Barrow: International Business Consultant 


Melida A. Harris Barrow was born in Panama City, Panama. She is a dynamic, motivational and much sought after speaker who addresses large audiences worldwide in schools, businesses, prisons, universities, and church congregations. She has taken her message on personal and professional leadership development to local and international venues, the web, TV and radio talk shows.

She has always carried the spirit of unification. So much so, that in 1992 she created the First Chicago Bacchanal Carnival. This event brought the African, Caribbean and the Latin American communities of Chicago together under one Flag. The event brought dignitaries from St. Maarten and St Martin, and took place on Michigan Avenue with the splendor and flavor of Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean displayed on Chicago’s main street. This vision and tradition still continues today, after more than 20 years. She has a vast array of knowledge and skills developed over decades of real-world experience and is imminently qualified to tackle the unique challenges that arise when one endeavors to pull together a large and diverse event such as this.
